• Receive our welcome email with details outlining how to start your project, including a questionnaire. I will ask for a copy of the plans drawn up by the draftsman or architect.

• The more information you can give VM Design regarding your style and taste, the        smoother  the process, its a great time to share a pinterest board or instagram account.

• Consultation. A 30 minute meeting over the phone/zoom to discuss details about your project. I will gather as much information as I can to get a deep understanding of what you are trying to achieve.

• Scope of work. I will send through a 'scope of work' document outlining what you need me to select.

• An electronic mood board is sent through for review. Not quite happy with something? 1 revision is included to finesse your dream room!

• I have gathered all the information, now its time to source fittings, fixtures, finishes and equipment collating it into a bible of details to hand to the builder.

• Samples where applicable will be ordered.
