WHAT IS A MOODBOARD?

  • A collation of images that evoke a certain mood and inspire eg calming bedroom

  • Images could include textures, colours, scenery that portray a certain feeling

  • Includes images of actual items that I believe would work in your space

  • Images could include furniture, lighting, rugs, textiles, art, paint colours

WHAT IS A STYLE GUIDE?

  • These are design notes, outlining handy tips and tricks to use within your space

WHAT IS A FLOOR/FURNITURE PLAN? 

  • This is a plan drawn to scale (based off your measurements that you have given us), indicating the existing and proposed spatial planning of furniture, including fixed built-in items, and or joinery (if requested)

  • Dimensions and notes are also included to further explain what items sit within the space and where

HOW DO I TAKE MEASUREMENTS OF MY ROOM?

  • Once payment has been received for your chosen online package, an email will be sent containing all the relevant information including instructions on how to measure a room

WHAT IF I HAVE AN OPEN PLAN ROOM WHERE THERE ARE TWO ROOMS? EG KITCHEN, LIVING, DINING

  •  These are treated as 2 separate rooms, so a package will need to be purchased for each one

  •  The design of each will cohesively come together as a whole

WHAT ARE FFF&E?

  • FFF&E refers to Furniture, fittings, fixtures and equipment

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE THE PRESENTATION?

  • Upon receiving all items that we have requested

  • We aim to have the finished presentation emailed to you in 2-3 weeks                                              (depending on the chosen package)

  • The more accurate detail that is given, the smoother the process

DO I GET A CHANCE TO CHANGE SOMETHING?

  • Yes you do, we only want to deliver a package that resonates with you

  • It is important to relay as much comprehensive information as possible so we can understand exactly what you are trying to achieve 

  • If you should decide you want to change something, 1 revision is included, please clearly explain what isn't working

DO YOU GIVE OUT REFUNDS?

  • We take great pride in delivering a package according to your detailed comprehensive brief, and believe you will be happy with the end result

  • Once a decision has been made to continue, and you change your mind, no refunds will be issued
