This package is for those who want to be one step ahead of the builders. You already have your plans and layout drawn up by an architect or draftsman, you just need help collating the design.
This is an essential bible that can be handed to your builder so they have all the FFF&E information on hand.
WHAT ARE FITTINGS, FIXTURES, FINISHES & EQUIPMENT?
Fittings are anything from taps, drains, toilet roll holders and electrical etc. Fixtures include vanities, toilets, kitchen sinks etc. Finishes include tile, colour or flooring choice etc.
Equipment might include washing machines, fridges, dishwasher, ovens etc.
It is really important to be organised once the renovation commences. Making last minute decisions on all of these items can hold up the build costing you time and money.
Let VMDesign take the stress out of it for you by complying a detailed document of everything including the kitchen sink! This will contain all essential details such as dimensions, costs, suppliers etc. Your builder can take a copy of this and be armed with all the answers.
